6. Accuracy and Authority Statement
A statement that the information contained in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright interest that is allegedly infringed.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice?
After receiving a valid DMCA notice, Online-Sciences may:
Review the reported material.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the user responsible for the content, where applicable.
Take additional actions as required by law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is believed in good faith to violate copyright laws.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted under the DMCA.
Your counter-notification should include sufficient information demonstrating your legal right to use the material in question.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Online-Sciences reserves the right to terminate or restrict access for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
